I opened Union Square Deli over 4 years ago. My business venture's started in 2001 in a small coffee stand on the Hood Canal called Timberdoodle's Espresso. After having my espresso stand for four years I decided to move on to a big better place, Union Square Deli. My deli has been a great passion of mine. I strive to maintain a clean, friendy, comfortable atmoshere where my customers can enjoy excellent food & beverages.
